# Problem Statement: The Absence of a Portable Context Layer

The value inherent in user context remains locked and illiquid. There is no foundational "portable context layer" where context is treated as a verifiable asset, and where access can be programmatically monetized.

Existing blockchain architectures are ill-equipped to serve this role. Standard Layer-1s are computationally prohibitive for the intensive vector mathematics at the heart of AI. Data Availability (DA) layers solve for data publication but do not address the subsequent challenges of high-performance recall, permissioned access, and in-protocol computation—all of which are essential for a functional MCP or A2A execution environment.
